Free brainstorming board with sticky notes

Get ideas out of heads and onto a board. SketchFlow's brainstorming templates give you a prompt, sticky notes and clusters to sort ideas, so a session moves from a blank page to a short list without losing anything.

What is a brainstorming board?

A brainstorming board is a shared space for generating ideas quickly, then grouping and choosing between them. Sticky notes keep each idea small and movable.

Why SketchFlow

  • One-key sticky notes in several colours.
  • Frames to cluster ideas into themes.
  • Laser pointer for running the session on a shared screen.
  • Export the outcome as an image for meeting notes.

Frequently asked questions

How do I run a remote brainstorm with SketchFlow?

Share your screen and add ideas as people call them out, or ask each person to send a share link of their notes and paste them onto your board.

How many ideas should a brainstorm produce?

Aim for quantity: 30 or more short ideas in ten minutes is normal. Narrowing down comes after.

Can I brainstorm on my phone?

Yes. The board works with touch, though a larger screen is more comfortable for big sessions.
