What exactly do I download?
A single Markdown file describing the template: its purpose, every page section in order, the content each section needs, and its licence and source. It is a build brief — not the template's HTML or CSS.
Are these real templates or mockups?
Real. All 45 are open-source templates hosted in this project, and every preview on this page is the actual template rendering in an iframe — not a screenshot or a placeholder.
Can I use them commercially?
Each template carries its original licence — MIT for Start Bootstrap, CC BY 3.0 for HTML5 UP. Both permit commercial use; CC BY requires attribution. The licence is shown on every template's page.
Why do you ask for an email before downloading?
The complete blueprint is generated server-side and released through one gated route, so the full file never ships to the browser. The address is used for the download and for release notes if you opt in.
