You need an identity number (Aadhaar preferred), Class 10 certificate details, a passport-size photograph on white background (JPG, 10-200 KB), a postcard-size 4"x6" photograph, a signature scan (JPG, 4-30 KB), and PDFs of any category certificate you claim — OBC-NCL, EWS, SC/ST or PwBD. NRI and OCI candidates also upload a citizenship or embassy document.
Recent NEET (UG) bulletins require a passport-size colour photograph on a white background with about 80% face visible, ears showing, no cap and no coloured glasses, as a JPG between 10 KB and 200 KB. A postcard-size (4"x6") print of the same photo is uploaded separately and pasted on the centre proforma.
For exam centres in India in recent cycles: Rs 1,700 for General, Rs 1,600 for General-EWS and OBC-NCL, and Rs 1,000 for SC, ST, PwBD and third-gender candidates, payable online only. Centres outside India carry a higher single fee stated in the bulletin.
A non-creamy-layer certificate for a caste on the central OBC list, in the central government format and valid for the financial year named in the bulletin. A state-list OBC certificate does not support the OBC claim for the all-India quota, and an invalid certificate moves the candidate to the unreserved category at counselling.
