About this tool
Check IBPS and SBI age eligibility on the cut-off date, then work through every form field, upload spec and document the application needs.
This checklist tests whether you fall inside an IBPS or SBI age window on the notification's cut-off date, then lists every field, scanned upload and certificate the online form will ask for. Age is worked out the way the notification states it — as a date-of-birth range running from the cut-off minus the relaxed upper age plus one day, through the cut-off minus the minimum age — so a candidate sitting on the boundary gets a straight answer instead of a rounded one. It covers IBPS PO, Clerk, SO and both RRB cadres, plus SBI PO and Junior Associate.

A candidate who turns the maximum age one day after the cut-off is treated as eligible, as the rules provide.
Category, disability, ex-serviceman and J&K domicile relaxations add up, and none of them move the minimum age.
Pixel dimensions and file-size bands for all four scanned uploads, with the declaration wording.
IBPS PO takes candidates aged 20 to 30 and IBPS Clerk 20 to 28, both measured on the cut-off date printed in that year's notification rather than on the exam date. SBI PO runs 21 to 30 and SBI Clerk 20 to 28. Upper limits move with relaxation; the minimum never does.
Five years for SC and ST, three years for OBC candidates who hold a non-creamy-layer certificate in the prescribed format, added to the upper limit only. A person with benchmark disability gets a further ten years, which is why the notifications print 10, 13 and 15 years for General, OBC and SC/ST candidates with disabilities. Ex-servicemen get five years.
Photograph 200 x 230 pixels at 20 to 50 KB, signature 140 x 60 pixels at 10 to 20 KB, left thumb impression 240 x 240 pixels at 20 to 50 KB, and the handwritten declaration 800 x 400 pixels at 50 to 100 KB. All four are JPEG scanned at 200 dpi. A signature written in capital letters is rejected.
The declaration states that all information submitted in the application form is correct, true and valid, and that supporting documents will be produced when required. It must be written by the candidate personally, in English, in running handwriting — not in capital letters and not by anyone else. Exact wording is reprinted in each notification, so copy it from the PDF for your cycle.
