Follow-up email builder FAQ

When should I send a thank-you email after an interview?

The same day or the next working day is common practice. Keep it short and mention one thing you discussed so it is clearly not a copy-paste note.

How many times should I follow up?

One follow-up after about a week and one status check after the date they gave you is usually enough. If there is still no reply, move on and keep the role in your tracker as closed.
