30-60-90 Day Plan Template & Builder for a New Job or Interview

A 30-60-90 day plan sets out what you will learn in your first month, what you will start contributing in the second, and what you will own by the end of the third. The AltF Career builder starts you with goals for your role type, lets you edit every line, and gives a clean copy to print or paste into a slide for an interview or your first one-to-one.

30-60-90 day plan builder FAQ

Should I bring a 30-60-90 day plan to an interview?

It can help for senior, sales and management roles, or when the interviewer asks how you would approach the first months. Keep it to one page and say it is a draft you would adjust once you know the team.

What goes into the first 30 days?

Mostly learning: meeting the people you will work with, understanding the product or service, learning the tools and processes, and agreeing with your manager what success looks like.
