About this tool
Fill-in-the-blank AI prompts for prospecting, cold email, discovery calls, follow-up sequences and objection handling.
The Sales Prompt Pack is a library of 12 fill-in-the-blank AI prompts covering the full deal cycle: ideal customer profiles and trigger events, cold email and call openers, SPIN and MEDDIC discovery plans, tailored demo narratives, follow-up sequences, objection matrices, price pushback and a mutual action plan for closing. Each prompt carries hard constraints — under 125 words for a cold email, one ask per message, no 'just checking in', concede a genuine weakness rather than spinning it — so what comes back reads like a salesperson wrote it. Everything is assembled in your browser and copied into whichever assistant you use.

Prompts are built on SPIN, MEDDIC and mutual action plans rather than generic 'write me a sales email' instructions.
'Circling back', 'touching base', fake urgency and invented discounts are excluded in the prompt text itself.
Account names, pricing and deal notes are substituted locally; the tool sends nothing anywhere.
Keep a first cold email under about 125 words — roughly five short sentences — with one idea and one ask. Longer emails invite skimming, and every extra request you add lowers the chance of getting any response at all, so save the pricing, the case study and the calendar link for after they reply.
Four to six touches over three to four weeks is a common working range, with each one carrying a distinct reason to exist rather than repeating the last. Then send a short message saying you will stop and naming the trigger that would make it worth reopening — that final email reliably gets replies precisely because it asks for nothing.
The tool that writes the email does not change the rules that govern sending it. In the US, CAN-SPAM requires commercial email to carry a valid physical postal address and a working opt-out that you honour promptly; in the EU and UK you need a lawful basis such as legitimate interest, plus honest sender details. Check your own obligations before sending at volume.
SPIN is a questioning technique for the conversation — situation, problem, implication, need-payoff — that helps a buyer articulate the cost of doing nothing. MEDDIC is a qualification checklist for the deal — metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria, decision process, identified pain, champion — that tells you whether it is real. The discovery prompt here uses SPIN to shape the questions and MEDDIC to check what you left with.
