Personality Lab is a set of short self-reflection quizzes. The core Personality Profile places you in one of eight types, and five shorter quizzes cover communication, work, leadership, decision-making, and values. It is for curious people and teams who want a starting point for conversation, not a clinical assessment.
Features
The 16-statement Personality Profile gives one of eight types, and five 10 to 13 statement quizzes each give one of four styles.
Answers on a five-point agree scale are scored by a fixed rule in your browser, so the same answers always give the same result.
Browse a written profile for each type, such as Explorer, Strategist or Supporter, whether or not you have taken the test.
Put any two types side by side, and include your own result as You to see where you differ.
Progress and answers are kept in your own browser's storage, with no account or sign-up.
A share button lets you send your result to a friend or teammate.
How to use it
Open Personality Lab and choose the Personality Profile or one of the style quizzes.
Rate each statement from Strongly disagree to Strongly agree.
Submit to see your type or style with a written breakdown.
Read other type profiles or compare your result with another type.
