About this tool
Challenge your brain with an IQ-style mini quiz featuring logical reasoning, pattern recognition, memory, and problem-solving questions across multiple difficulty levels.
The IQ Style Mini Quiz serves 10 timed multiple-choice questions drawn from a bank of 40 across seven categories — logical reasoning, pattern recognition, mathematics, memory, sequence completion, verbal reasoning and problem solving — and scores your accuracy, average response time and a per-category breakdown. Difficulty sets the clock: 30 seconds per question on Easy, 25 on Medium, 20 on Hard and 15 on Expert. It is a practice and self-check exercise for anyone preparing for aptitude tests, not a clinical IQ measurement.

On Quiz Setup choose All Categories or one of the seven, then a Difficulty tile: Easy at 30s/question, Medium 25s, Hard 20s or Expert 15s.
Press Start Quiz and work through the 10 questions using Previous, Skip and Next — a question still unanswered when the timer bar empties is skipped for you.
The report shows your score percentage and Estimated Rating with Correct, Wrong, Accuracy and Avg Response cards plus a Category Breakdown; Retake Quiz returns you to setup.
Reports accuracy and average time per category, so a 70% overall score tells you whether it came from weak memory items or slow arithmetic.
The cognitive rating adjusts your accuracy by 5 points up when your average answer takes under 5 seconds and 5 points down when it exceeds 15, reflecting how timed tests actually work.
Questions are shuffled from the pool each run, and the difficulty filter also admits items one level harder, so repeating the quiz does not just re-serve the same ten.
Ten questions per attempt, with a per-question time limit set by difficulty: 30 seconds on Easy, 25 on Medium, 20 on Hard and 15 on Expert. A full Easy run therefore takes at most five minutes.
No. It is a 10-question practice quiz, and the rating it shows — Exceptional, Above Average, Average, Below Average or Needs Practice — is an informal estimate based on your accuracy and speed, not a standardised score. A genuine IQ assessment is administered and interpreted by a qualified psychologist.
Accuracy is correct answers as a percentage of the questions you answered, then the rating adds 5 points if your average response time is under 5 seconds or subtracts 5 if it is over 15. From that adjusted figure, 90 and above reads Exceptional, 80–89 Above Average, 65–79 Average and 50–64 Below Average.
Seven: logical reasoning, pattern recognition, mathematics, memory, sequence completion, verbal reasoning and problem solving. You can restrict a run to a single category or draw from all of them, and every question comes with an explanation of the correct answer afterwards.
