How it works
The checker runs fourteen simple tests on your draft and weights them by how much they matter to buyers. The title counts for about a fifth of the score: it should name the brand and model or size, be between 15 and 80 characters, and avoid capital-letter shouting and words like “urgent”. The description counts for a little under half: it should have at least 40 words and say what condition the item is in, how old it is, what is included, its size or specs and why you are selling.
The rest covers price, MRP and photos: a price within the marketplace limits, an MRP that is at least the price if you give one, at least three photos and ideally five to eight. It also flags phone numbers, emails, WhatsApp and UPI IDs in the text, which AltF Marketplace keeps private until a buyer places an order.
The tests look for words and patterns, so they can be fooled in both directions. Read the tips as a checklist, not a verdict.

What does the listing checker look for?
A specific title of a sensible length, a description that covers condition, age, what is included, size and why you are selling, a price, an MRP that is not below the price, enough photos, and no contact details or hype words.
Is my listing text uploaded?
No. The check runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent or saved.
Why should I not put my phone number in the description?
Numbers in the text are copied by spammers and scammers. On AltF Marketplace your contact details are shared only with a buyer who places an order, and listings with contact details in the text may be rejected.
Does a high score guarantee a sale?
No. It means the listing answers the questions buyers usually ask. Price and demand still decide how fast it sells.
