What is a landing page wireframe?
Before you open a page builder, decide what the page needs to say and in what order. This wireframe lays out a conventional, conversion-focused landing page — navigation, a hero with one primary call to action, three feature blocks, social proof and a closing call to action — as simple boxes you can move, delete or relabel.
When to use it
- Planning a product, event or newsletter landing page.
- Briefing a designer or developer on content and priority.
- Reviewing an existing page's structure before a redesign.
How to make a landing page wireframe in SketchFlow
- Step 1: Open the landing page wireframe in SketchFlow.
- Step 2: Replace the placeholder text in each block with your real headline and section names.
- Step 3: Reorder sections by dragging blocks up or down inside the frame.
- Step 4: Add a section by duplicating a block (Ctrl/Cmd+D); group blocks with Ctrl/Cmd+G to move them together.
- Step 5: Export as PNG or SVG and attach it to your brief.
Tips for a better result
- Write the real headline now — it changes the whole layout.
- Keep one primary call to action per screen and repeat it at the end.
- Sketch a mobile version too; long rows of three usually stack to one column.
Questions about this template
What sections should a landing page have?
A common order is navigation, hero (headline, short promise, call to action, visual), benefits or features, proof (logos, quotes, numbers), objections or FAQ, and a closing call to action.
Is a wireframe the same as a mockup?
No. A wireframe shows structure and priority in plain boxes. A mockup adds the visual design: colours, fonts and real images.
Can I share the wireframe for feedback?
Yes. Copy a share link from the top bar — the whole board is packed into the link, and the person who opens it gets their own editable copy.
