What production route does the neon portrait shot need?

At least reference frame. The middle route and the one most people should start on. Generate until one frame is unmistakably the person, then that frame becomes the source of truth — Midjourney takes it as --cref, Flux and SDXL take it through IP-Adapter, most video models take it as the first frame.
