What it does

Automattic's notes app is a list on the left, a text box on the right, tags instead of folders, and instant sync across web, desktop and phone. A version-history slider drags any note back to how it read yesterday, and search stays fast with thousands of notes in it. It renders Markdown and nothing else — no images, no attachments, no tables.
