About this tool
Build AI prompts for Excel and Google Sheets formulas, Notion and Slack AI, meeting notes, SOPs, job descriptions, performance reviews, KPIs, onboarding docs, GST queries and pitch decks.
Office prompts with the structure built in. Pick the job, add your context and copy a prompt that gives a document you can use at work. This page brings together 15 separate workplace prompt builder pages (Event planning, Excel Copilot, Google Sheets AI, GST query, Startup pitch, Job description, Knowledge base article, KPI definition, Meeting notes, Notion AI, Onboarding doc, Performance review, Slack AI, SOP document, Spreadsheet formula) so you can compare them without hunting for the right one.
Open Workplace Prompt Builder on AltFTool — it loads instantly in your browser.
Choose your task at the top: Event planning, Excel Copilot, Google Sheets AI, GST query and 11 more. On a phone it is a drop-down list.
Fill in the workplace prompt builder for that task; each of the 15 options keeps its own rules, data and defaults.
Read the result, then switch task to compare. The page link keeps your task (?v=event-planning), so you can bookmark or share it.
Event planning, Excel Copilot, Google Sheets AI and the rest sit behind one picker, so switching task takes a tap instead of a new search.
Every task keeps its own rules, numbers and defaults rather than one generic template.
The link remembers the task you picked, so a bookmark or a shared link opens straight on it.
15: Event planning, Excel Copilot, Google Sheets AI, GST query, Startup pitch, Job description, Knowledge base article, KPI definition, Meeting notes, Notion AI, Onboarding doc, Performance review, Slack AI, SOP document, Spreadsheet formula. Pick one at the top of the tool; the page link updates (for example ?v=event-planning) so you can bookmark or share that exact view.
Theatre seating needs roughly 8 square feet (0.74 sq m) per person, banquet rounds about 13 sq ft (1.2 sq m), classroom style about 18 sq ft (1.67 sq m) and a standing reception about 7 sq ft (0.65 sq m). Add around 25 percent on top for stage, aisles, registration and back of house — those allowances are for seats only, and none of them is a legal occupancy figure.
Name the worksheet, give the range in A1 notation, say which row holds the headers, list the column names, and state one specific outcome. Copilot has no reliable way to infer which of several tables on a sheet you mean, so an unnamed range is the single most common cause of an answer that looks right but reads the wrong cells.
Wrap the tab name in single quotes: 'Q1 Sales'!A1:E500. Quotes are needed whenever the name is anything other than letters, digits and underscores starting with a letter or underscore, and a single quote inside the name is escaped by doubling it, as in 'Bob''s Data'.
Rs 40 lakh aggregate turnover for suppliers of goods in normal category states and Rs 20 lakh for services, under section 22 of the CGST Act read with Notification 10/2019-Central Tax; in the special category states of Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura the limits are Rs 20 lakh and Rs 10 lakh. Section 24 makes registration compulsory regardless of turnover for cases like inter-state supply of goods and selling through e-commerce operators that collect TCS.
Runway in months equals cash in bank divided by net monthly burn. With 1.2 crore in the bank and a 15 lakh monthly burn, that is 8 months. Founders usually start the next raise about 6 months before zero, because a priced round in India commonly takes 4 to 6 months to close.
Keep hard requirements to about six; this tool caps the finished advert at that number. Recruiting style guides from LinkedIn, Indeed and the UK Government Digital Service all advise a short filter list because each extra must-have narrows the pool, and research on advert language shows the effect is stronger for candidates from under-represented groups. Everything else belongs under 'nice to have'.
Give the model four things: the topic type, the reader's expertise, the ordered steps you already know, and an explicit instruction to mark unknown details as TODO(verify). The topic type matters most — a task article and a concept article need different sections, and mixing them is the usual reason a generated article reads like filler.
State the numerator and denominator as specific events with their filters and time window, name the grain and direction, then decide every edge case as a rule. A definition is finished when two engineers reading it separately would write the same query.
Three things: decisions, commitments and open questions. A decision states what was settled, a commitment names one owner, one deliverable and one date, and an open question names who can close it. Discussion that produces none of the three is context and can usually be compressed to a line.
State the action, name the property it writes into and its type, fix the output format, and require every row to come out in the same shape. Consistency is what keeps the column sortable and filterable — an unconstrained prompt gives you a different format in every row.
