Generate a correctly formatted Hindi prarthna patra for school leave, with गा/गी gender agreement and an inclusive day count.
Hindi School Leave Application generates a prarthna patra in the aupcharik (formal) letter format taught in Hindi school syllabuses: the सेवा में block, a विषय line, the संबोधन, a body that opens with सविनय निवेदन है कि, and a signature block giving नाम, कक्षा, अनुक्रमांक and दिनांक. Because Hindi verbs and nouns agree with the writer's gender, one setting switches the whole letter between छात्र/छात्रा, रहूँगा/रहूँगी and आज्ञाकारी शिष्य/शिष्या. Leave days are counted inclusively and can be printed in Devanagari numerals.

Fill छात्र/छात्रा का नाम, कक्षा and विद्यालय का नाम, then set लिंग (क्रिया रूप के लिए) so the letter uses रहूँगा or रहूँगी throughout.
Choose अवकाश का कारण with the अवकाश की पहली तारीख़ and अंतिम तारीख़, and tick प्रमाण पत्र संलग्न है or देवनागरी अंक (०-९) if you need them.

क्रम इस प्रकार है: सेवा में (पद, विद्यालय, नगर), विषय पंक्ति, संबोधन (महोदय/महोदया), सविनय निवेदन से आरंभ होता हुआ मुख्य भाग, अनुरोध, धन्यवाद, और अंत में आपका आज्ञाकारी शिष्य/शिष्या के साथ नाम, कक्षा, अनुक्रमांक और दिनांक। विषय पंक्ति अनिवार्य है।
हिंदी में क्रिया और विशेषण लिंग के अनुसार बदलते हैं। छात्र लिखेगा 'का छात्र हूँ', 'आपका सदैव आभारी रहूँगा' और 'आपका आज्ञाकारी शिष्य', जबकि छात्रा लिखेगी 'की छात्रा हूँ', 'आपकी सदैव आभारी रहूँगी' और 'आपकी आज्ञाकारी शिष्या'।
अवकाश की गिनती में पहला और अंतिम दोनों दिन शामिल होते हैं, इसलिए ३ अगस्त से ५ अगस्त तक तीन दिन का अवकाश होता है — (अंतिम तारीख़ − पहली तारीख़) + १।
