About this tool
Plan focus sessions and breaks that fit an available time window, with a full clock-time schedule.
Pomodoro Session Planner fits focus sessions and breaks into the time you actually have. Give it a start time, a window such as three hours, and your preferred rhythm — 25/5 classic, 50/10 deep work, or your own — and it builds the full schedule with clock times, showing how many focus blocks fit, when each long break lands, and how much time is left over. Useful for study blocks, writing sprints and anyone planning a morning of deep work before the calendar fills up.

Every focus block and break is shown as an actual start and finish time, not just a count of sessions.
Sessions are only scheduled if they finish inside the time you have, and a break is trimmed rather than overrunning.
Set the focus length, short break, long break and how many sessions come before a long break.
The classic pattern is 25 minutes of focus followed by a 5-minute break, with a longer 15 to 30 minute break after four sessions. Francesco Cirillo developed it in the late 1980s using a tomato-shaped kitchen timer.
A 25/5 rhythm uses 30 minutes per cycle, so roughly two per hour — about 10 to 12 in a typical day once meetings and long breaks are counted. This planner shows the exact number for your window.
It depends on the work. Longer blocks suit writing, coding and other tasks with a slow warm-up, while 25 minutes suits admin, revision and days when concentration is hard to hold. Try both rhythms on the same window and compare the focus totals.
Step away from the screen — stand, stretch, get water or look out of a window. Switching to email or social feeds keeps you in the same attention mode, so the break restores much less.
