Central assistance under IGNOAPS is ₹200 a month for a beneficiary aged 60 to 79 and ₹500 a month from age 80. States add their own top-up on top, so the amount actually credited ranges from a few hundred rupees to a few thousand depending on where you live.

A person aged 18 or above from a BPL household with severe or multiple disability certified at 80% or more. Central assistance is ₹300 a month up to 79 and ₹500 from 80. A certificate from the competent medical authority is required with the application.
Applications go to the gram panchayat or block development office in rural areas and the municipal ward office in urban areas, with proof of age, the BPL listing and a bank or post office account for direct transfer.
