Lottery Number Checker

This checker does two jobs. First, it analyses a line you enter: its sum compared with the usual range, how many numbers are odd or even, how many are low or high, and whether it follows a pattern that lots of other players also choose. Second, it compares your line with a draw result you type in, shows which numbers matched, and gives the exact odds of matching that much.

None of this changes your chance of winning. Every valid line in a fair draw is exactly as likely as every other, and the checker says so. The pattern notes matter for one thing only: how many people you might share a prize with if your line did win. Play only where it is legal for you and within a budget you set beforehand.

Check and analyse a line

Tap your numbers, or press Random. See how popular the pattern is and compare it with a draw result.

What the line analysis tells you

Pick a game, then tap your numbers or press Random. The report shows the total of your main numbers next to the band that about two thirds of all possible lines fall into, so you can see whether your sum is typical or unusual. It also counts odd and even numbers, and low and high numbers, split at the middle of the pool.

These figures describe the ticket. A line with an unusual sum or five odd numbers is not less likely to be drawn than any other single line; it simply belongs to a smaller group of lines that look like it. The maths behind every match level stays the same whatever the report says.

Comparing your line with a draw

Switch on the compare option and enter the winning numbers from the official results. The checker highlights which of your main numbers and bonus numbers matched and names the match level, such as 3 + 1 Powerball, then shows the odds of matching exactly that much with one line.

For games where the operator draws an extra ball from the main pool, such as the UK Lotto bonus ball or the SuperEnalotto Jolly, check that ball yourself on the official results, because it only upgrades some tiers. Whether a match pays, and how much, is always set by the operator's prize chart.

Why no checker can improve the odds

In a fair lottery each combination has the same probability, and each draw is independent of the last. That means there is no sum, spread or mix of odd and even numbers that wins more often over time. Any site claiming otherwise is describing past results, not predicting future ones.

This page is an independent tool with no link to any lottery operator. It does not read your ticket, buy entries or confirm prizes. Always check results and claim prizes through the official operator, and treat any ticket as entertainment spending rather than a plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can this lottery number checker tell me if I have won?

It shows which of your numbers match the winning numbers you enter and the odds of that match level. It cannot confirm a prize. Only the operator's official results and prize chart decide whether a ticket wins and how much it pays.

Does a line with an unusual sum have worse odds?

No. Every individual line has exactly the same chance of being drawn. The sum band only shows where most possible lines fall; a line outside it is just as likely as any single line inside it.

Why does the checker warn about birthday numbers?

Many players choose dates, so lines made only of numbers from 1 to 31 are common. If such a line won, the prize would more likely be shared with other winners. The warning is about sharing, never about the odds of winning.

What patterns does the checker look for?

All numbers 31 or lower, all numbers 12 or lower, three or more consecutive numbers, evenly spaced numbers, and numbers that all end in the same digit. It also reports the odd and even split and the low and high split.

Which lotteries can I check?

The checker covers the built-in games, including Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions, UK Lotto and others. It validates your line against each game's format, so it tells you if a number is out of range or repeated.

Is this checker connected to any official lottery?

No. It is a free, independent tool. It does not store tickets, sell entries or verify claims. Use your official lottery website, app or retailer to check results and claim prizes, and play only where it is legal for you.

For entertainment and education. Random numbers cannot predict or improve the result of a draw, and numerology and astrology are traditions, not science. If you play a lottery, play only where it is legal for your age and location, and set a budget you can afford to lose. Free, confidential help: BeGambleAware (UK), 1-800-GAMBLER (US).
