About this tool
Total your exam application fees across SSC, UPSC, RRB, IBPS, SBI and CTET with category concessions and refundable amounts applied.
This calculator totals the application fees for India's major competitive exams — SSC, UPSC Civil Services, NDA/CDS, RRB, IBPS, SBI and CTET — applying each notification's own concession rule to your category and status. It nets out the refundable RRB portion (Rs 400 of the Rs 500 fee, or the full Rs 250 concession fee, refunded on appearing in CBT-1) and adds bank charges, so a serious multi-exam aspirant sees the real cash cost of an application season before spending it.

Each exam's own rule decides your band — SSC exempts women entirely, while IBPS charges them the full fee.
RRB's refundable fee is shown separately so the outlay and the true net cost never get mixed up.
Every fee can be replaced with the exact figure from the notification you are applying under.
SSC examinations such as CGL, CHSL, MTS and CPO charge Rs 100 per application, and women, SC, ST, persons with benchmark disability and ex-servicemen eligible for reservation pay nothing. The exemption follows the candidate's status, not the post applied for.
Partly, and only if you appear. Recent RRB Centralised Employment Notices charge Rs 500 with Rs 400 refunded after appearing in the first computer-based test, while candidates in the concession bracket — SC, ST, women, transgender candidates, ex-servicemen, PwBD, notified minorities and EBC — pay Rs 250 which is refunded in full, net of bank charges.
Rs 100 for the Preliminary examination and Rs 200 for the Main, with female, SC, ST and benchmark-disability candidates exempt from both. NDA and CDS also charge Rs 100, with SC and ST candidates exempt.
Often yes — payment gateways and banks may add a small per-transaction charge on top of the notified fee, and RRB refunds are also paid net of bank charges. This calculator lets you add a per-payment charge so the total matches what actually leaves your account.
