It lays the card out automatically: the date is written in full ("Saturday, 14 March 2026"), the age is rendered with the right ordinal, and long text wraps instead of spilling off the edge. Pick the A5 size for printing at 1748 × 2480 px (300 dpi), or the 1080 px square and 1080 × 1920 story sizes for WhatsApp, Instagram and email.
