By accessing the website, initiating video or text matchmaking, or using any associated services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions outlined herein.

TalkNLearn is intended solely for adult users. You expressly certify that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use this platform. We actively investigate and terminate connections associated with minors.
03. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
TalkNLearn is committed to fostering friendly, safe, and respectful interactions. When using our platform, you strictly agree NOT to:
- Broadcast nudity, sexually explicit acts, pornography, or lewd gestures
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, racial epithets, or threats of violence
- Display weapons, self-harm, or illegal substances on camera
- Promote spam, affiliate links, scams, crypto sales, or commercial solicitation
- Deploy automated scripts, bots, fake virtual camera software, or screen spoofing tools
- Impersonate any person, brand, or entity
04. Prohibition on Recording & Publishing
Your chat partner has a fundamental right to privacy. You may not record video, record audio, capture screenshots, livestream, or broadcast any interaction on external social media (including YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, X, or Reddit) without the verified prior written consent of all involved individuals. Violations may result in legal action and IP blacklisting.
05. Peer-to-Peer Nature & User Assumption of Risk
TalkNLearn facilitates direct, random connections between independent online participants. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We cannot pre-screen live video feeds in real time prior to connection establishment.
- You assume all risks associated with meeting and conversing with strangers online.
- You are solely responsible for protecting your personal information, address, and identity.
06. Enforcement, Suspensions & IP Bans
We reserve the unilateral right to terminate any active session, block matchmaking access, and ban IP addresses immediately and without prior notice if we suspect any violation of these Terms. Reconnection attempts via VPN or proxy to evade bans will be automatically blocked.
07. Disclaimers of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL TALKNLEARN, ALTFTOOL, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER.
