A sixty-second exercise with one instruction: type the thought that is bothering you into the glowing star at the centre of the screen. The star then drifts away into a field of galaxies while short prompts about perspective fade in and out, taking the sentence with it.
The timing is the whole trick. You cannot rush it, skip it or click anything else, so the only remaining option is to sit still for the full minute.
