Feeds, sitemaps and llms.txt
Besides the JSON endpoints, AltFTool publishes seven machine-readable files: an RSS feed of new posts and news, an XML sitemap of every indexable page, a Google News sitemap, llms.txt and llms-full.txt for AI agents, ai.txt with AI crawler rules, and robots.txt. All are public, need no key and refresh on a fixed schedule, from every 10 minutes for news to once per deploy for the sitemap.

Using the feeds
- Automations: point an RSS trigger in n8n, Zapier, IFTTT or Make at /rss.xml.
- Link checking: crawl /sitemap.xml with your own checker, politely and with a delay between requests.
- AI agents: start from /llms.txt for a curated map, or /llms-full.txt for more depth.

Feeds, sitemaps and llms.txt: questions and answers
Why does robots.txt disallow /api/?
So search engines do not index raw JSON. It does not block your code: robots.txt is a crawler convention, and the endpoints are public.
How often does the RSS feed update?
It is revalidated hourly, so a new post appears within about an hour of publishing.
