Are smartwatch health readings accurate?
Heart rate and step counts are usually fine for spotting trends, but SpO2, blood pressure and similar readings on consumer watches are wellness estimates. Don't rely on them for medical decisions.
What does Bluetooth calling on a smartwatch mean?
The watch uses your phone's connection to make and take calls through its own mic and speaker. Your phone needs to be nearby; it is not the same as a watch with its own SIM.
Will a smartwatch work with both Android and iPhone?
Many do, but some features may be limited on one platform. Check the brand's app listing for your phone before you buy.
