Welcome to Fodey Guide Maker Studio ("Fodey," "we," "our," or "us"), part of the AltFTool creative network. By accessing, navigating, or generating images through any of our tools (including the Newspaper Clipping Generator, Wanted Poster Maker, Movie Clapperboard, Talking Cat, Ninja Generator, and Wizard Text Animator), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our creative generators immediately.

2. Creative Generator Scope & Parody

Fodey Guide is an interactive entertainment and creative novelty studio designed for humorous parody, artistic expression, memes, and retro digital aesthetics. The clipping graphics, headlines, mock newspapers, and badges generated on this site are fictional novelty artifacts.

3. Local Browser Processing Guarantee

We believe in radical user privacy. All Fodey studio tools execute rendering directly in your client browser using HTML5 Canvas and local SVG technologies.

• Zero Server Storage: Your custom newspaper text, stories, wanted poster bounties, and clapper scripts are never stored or logged on our backend servers.

• Zero Image Archival: Downloaded PNG, JPEG, or animated GIF files are assembled client-side in browser memory and transferred directly onto your local disk.

4. Permitted Use & User License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, and royalty-free license to use the tools for:

• Personal entertainment, jokes, social media posts, and memes.

• Creative projects, presentations, fan artwork, educational workshops, and video thumbnails.

• Parody content clearly disclaimed as fictional or humorous.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Content Safeguards

You explicitly agree NOT to use Fodey Guide or its generators to produce, distribute, or promote content that:

User Content: You retain ownership of any original prose, quotes, or copy you input into our generators. By creating text locally on your device, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to your input.

Platform Assets: The Fodey name, brand marks, typography compositions, retro newspaper canvas layouts, cat animation frames, wizard sprites, and overall UI design are proprietary properties protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property statutes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, FODEY GUIDE AND ALTFTOOL DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FODEY GUIDE, ITS CONTRIBUTORS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOLS, INCLUDING CLAIMS RELATED TO DEFAMATION, MISREPRESENTATION, LOSS OF DATA, OR DISRUPTION CAUSED BY USER-GENERATED OUTPUT.

9. Age Requirements & Youth Safety

Our generators are built for general audiences. If you are under the age of 13, you should use this site only under the direct supervision and permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
