Meet is the default for most people because the link is already sitting in the calendar invite and the browser client needs no plugin. Live captions, background blur and screen sharing all work without installing anything. On a free account the call is cut off at 60 minutes as soon as a third person joins, which is the one fact worth remembering before you schedule a workshop.
