About this tool
Track every document your DV stage needs, its status and days left, with critical gaps flagged first.
This tracker manages the document verification (DV) stage of government recruitment: it lists the documents DV notices routinely demand — matriculation certificate as date-of-birth proof, all marksheets, category certificates in central format, NOC for serving employees — and tracks each as ready, pending or needing reissue against your DV date. Documents whose absence stops verification outright are marked critical and surface first.

Documents that stop verification (DOB proof, degree, category certificate) are flagged above nice-to-haves.
Readiness is always framed against how many days you actually have left.
EWS, PwBD, NOC and affidavit rows switch off when they don't apply to you.
The core set across SSC, railway and banking DV notices is: admit cards of all stages, matriculation certificate (the accepted date-of-birth proof), 12th and graduation certificates with all marksheets, a photo ID, recent photographs, and — where applicable — SC/ST/OBC-NCL or EWS certificates in the central format, PwBD certificate, and an NOC for serving government employees. The exact annexure list in your DV call letter is final.
An EWS income and asset certificate is issued for a financial year, and recruitment notices specify which financial year's certificate they accept — usually the one covering the application date. Check the year printed on your certificate against the notice before DV day rather than at the venue.
Boards commonly mark the candidature provisional and give a short window to produce the missing document, but a missing eligibility-critical document — degree, date-of-birth proof or category certificate — can lead to outright rejection under the notice's terms. That is why this tracker separates critical gaps from the rest; treat any critical pending item as the first thing to fix.
Two self-attested photocopy sets of every document, plus all originals, is the standard instruction in DV notices. Carry extra passport photographs (8-10) matching your application photo as several forms at the venue need them.
