About this tool
How to request and read your data export from Google, Apple, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, dating, food delivery, ride, music, health and gaming apps.
Every big service lets you download what it holds about you, but the steps and the file formats differ. Pick a service to get its request steps, how long the export takes and what to look for once it arrives. This page brings together 11 separate download your data guide pages (Amazon, Apple, Dating apps, Food apps, Gaming, Google, Health apps, LinkedIn, Meta, Music apps, Ride apps) so you can compare them without hunting for the right one.
Open Download Your Data Guide on AltFTool — it loads instantly in your browser.
Choose your service at the top: Amazon, Apple, Dating apps, Food apps and 7 more. On a phone it is a drop-down list.
Fill in the download your data guide for that service; each of the 11 options keeps its own rules, data and defaults.
Read the result, then switch service to compare. The page link keeps your service (?v=amazon), so you can bookmark or share it.
Amazon, Apple, Dating apps and the rest sit behind one picker, so switching service takes a tap instead of a new search.
Every service keeps its own rules, numbers and defaults rather than one generic template.
The link remembers the service you picked, so a bookmark or a shared link opens straight on it.
11: Amazon, Apple, Dating apps, Food apps, Gaming, Google, Health apps, LinkedIn, Meta, Music apps, Ride apps. Pick one at the top of the tool; the page link updates (for example ?v=amazon) so you can bookmark or share that exact view.
Sign in, open Account → Data Privacy, choose 'Request Your Data', pick a category or 'Request All Your Data', and submit. Amazon then emails a confirmation link; the request is not processed until you click it.
Sign in at privacy.apple.com with the Apple Account you want, choose 'Request a copy of your data', tick the categories, and pick a maximum file part size. Apple emails you when the archive is ready.
Both offer a download-my-data option inside account settings. Submit the request, then watch for the emailed link, which is time-limited and normally asks you to sign in again before the download starts.
There is no download button. Write to the Grievance Officer named in the platform's privacy policy, from your registered phone number and email, and ask under Section 11 of the DPDP Act 2023 for a summary of the personal data processed and who it has been shared with. Name the specific categories you want.
Sign in on the web and open Steam Support > My Account > Data Related to Your Steam Account, then generate each category separately. Most categories are ready within a few days, but because the page is split by category people commonly download one file and miss chat, purchase and community data entirely.
Go to takeout.google.com while signed in, click Deselect all, tick only the products you want, then choose delivery method, file type and maximum part size. Google emails a link when the archive is ready, which can take minutes for small selections and hours or days for large Photos or Drive libraries.
Open the Health app, tap your profile picture at the top right, scroll down and choose Export All Health Data. It produces a zipped XML file on the device. Apple's privacy portal cannot include it because Health data is end-to-end encrypted, so this is the only route.
Go to Settings & Privacy, open Data privacy, and choose 'Get a copy of your data'. You can either select specific files, which LinkedIn returns in roughly 10 minutes, or request the larger archive with connections, contacts and account activity, which LinkedIn quotes at within 24 hours.
Open Accounts Center, go to Your information and permissions, then Download your information. Choose the profiles, the categories, a date range, HTML or JSON, and a media quality; Meta emails you when the file is ready, which can take from minutes to a few days depending on scope.
Sign in on Spotify's privacy page and use the download-your-data form. Tick the tiers you want, then confirm each one from the email Spotify sends; a tier whose confirmation link is never clicked is never prepared.
