Windows 93 boots into a desktop somewhere between Windows 3.1 and a fever dream, with working windows, a Start menu and dozens of small programs. Some are jokes, some are real, and there is a Solitaire, a terminal and a folder of things that crash on purpose.
Opening Cat Explorer or the piano app reveals properly finished little programs hiding inside what looks like a one-note gag.
