NASA's Trek portal turns decades of orbiter surveys into a browsable globe of Mars, with elevation, mineral and thermal layers you can switch between. Landing sites and rover routes are marked, and the tools will measure a distance, plot an elevation profile or export terrain for 3D printing.
Drawing a line across Valles Marineris and getting a real elevation profile back turns a famous photograph into a place with measurable depth.
