Any search queries, brand evaluation filters, or rating views are processed in anonymized sessions without persistent tracking across unrelated third-party websites.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of any record we hold, request complete erasure of your evaluation profile, object to automated processing, and request portability of your data.
Exercising these rights carries zero penalty, fees, or degradation of the consumer ratings and comparison tools available to you on our platform.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or audit requirements.
Telemetry logs and temporary cache tokens are purged automatically every 30 days to ensure stale customer traces are eliminated.
All data transmitted between your device and the Consumer Rating platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols.
Administrative access to server logs requires multi-factor authentication and is restricted solely to authorized engineering and compliance personnel.
