About this tool
Organize recurring chores by room, day, priority, owner, and duration.
The Cleaning Schedule Planner turns a pile of household chores into a schedule by tagging each task with a room, a frequency from daily to quarterly, a priority, the person responsible, the weekdays it falls on and how many minutes it takes. The same task list can be viewed three ways — a board grouped by room, a Monday-to-Sunday week grid, or a flat checklist — and it totals the remaining minutes so you can see the real size of the week before you start. A printable report breaks the workload down by room, by person and by frequency.
Open Cleaning Schedule Planner on AltFTool — it loads instantly in your browser.
Click New Task to open the Add New Task dialog and start organizing your cleaning tasks.
Give the chore a Task Name — Add Task stays greyed out until you do — then set the Room it belongs to, tick the Mon to Sun Schedule Days it falls on, choose a High, Medium or Low Priority, type a name into Assigned To, set the Duration in minutes (5 to 180), and press Add Task.
Switch between the Board, Weekly and List views, tick each chore's circle as it is done, and click Report for the Cleaning Schedule Report — the list is not stored, so use Print / Save PDF before you close the page.
Every task carries a duration, so the planner totals outstanding work in minutes and shows which room or which person is carrying the most.
Board by room, a Mon–Sun week grid, and a plain checklist all read from the same tasks, so you never maintain a second copy.
The built-in report groups tasks by room, assignee and frequency with a completion percentage, and prints cleanly to paper or PDF.
The planner offers five frequencies — Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly — and a common split is daily for kitchen surfaces, weekly for bathrooms and floors, monthly for dusting and appliances, and quarterly for windows and deep jobs. Adjust to how heavily each room is used.
Yes. Each task has an assignee, and the report aggregates per person: how many tasks they hold, how many are done and how many total minutes they are carrying, with anything unassigned grouped under 'Unassigned'.
No — the task list lives in the page while it is open and is cleared on reload. Use the report's Print / Save PDF option to keep a copy before you leave the page.
Priority is High, Medium or Low, and it drives both filtering and the urgent count, which is the number of High-priority tasks still unfinished. It does not reorder the schedule automatically — the day chips you tick decide when a task appears.
