About this tool
Generate AI Domains
The AI Domain Generator turns a keyword into scored, brandable domain ideas without an account or an API key. It builds names five ways — the keyword exactly, category prefixes such as get, launch or neural, category suffixes such as hub, labs or ledger, compounds with related words, and coined spellings like travelly or travl — then pairs every name with the extensions you picked. Related words come from a lookup at api.datamuse.com that widens the compound and coined pools; if that request is blocked, slow or offline the run still completes from the built-in word banks for all 10 categories. Every candidate is graded 0–100 on five signals — length, pronounceability, memorability, keyword relevance and extension tier — which blend into the brand score that orders the list, and the maths is deterministic, so a name always scores the same. Check availability queries Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS resolver for each name, and the Compare Domains tab scores any two domains against each other on six metrics.
Open AI Domain Generator on AltFTool — it loads instantly in your browser.
Type a keyword such as travel or fintech and press Generate Domains. Names are built from your keyword plus category prefixes, suffixes, related-word compounds and coined spellings.
Narrow the list with Category, Length and Domain Extensions, or open Advanced Filters for naming styles, a 12–96 result count, custom extensions and hyphen or digit exclusions — the ranking re-derives instantly.
Click any name for its brand score breakdown, press Check availability to screen the list against Cloudflare DNS, star the keepers, and settle the finalists in the Compare Domains tab.
Length, pronounceability, memorability, keyword relevance and extension tier are graded separately and blended into one brand score, so the strongest names sort to the top and the insight panel shows exactly which signal earned or cost the points.
Category, length, extensions, naming styles and the 12/24/48/96 result count all re-derive the list from the run you already made, so widening from Popular to All extensions or turning off coined names is immediate rather than another round trip.
Check availability asks Cloudflare's resolver for each name: an NXDOMAIN reply means nothing is published in DNS and the name is flagged likely available, records mean taken, and anything ambiguous is labelled unconfirmed instead of guessing.
Saved names are written to your browser's localStorage and reload with the page. Copy all puts the whole list on the clipboard one domain per line, and any saved name autocompletes in the Compare tab.
Yes. It is free with no account, signup or API key — type a keyword and press Generate Domains. There is no daily result limit and no paid tier.
It gives you a DNS-based signal. Check availability queries Cloudflare's DNS-over-HTTPS resolver for each name: an NXDOMAIN reply means nothing is delegated, shown as likely available, while nameserver or address records mean taken. That reads delegation rather than the registry, so a parked-but-registered name can look free — Open registrar hands the exact name to a Namecheap search where price and registration status are authoritative.
12, 24, 48 or 96 per run, set under Advanced Filters — the default is 24. The generator builds every name your chosen styles allow, pairs each with your extensions, scores the lot, and returns the highest-scoring ones up to that count.
Five signals, each 0–100, weighted into one number: pronounceability 26 percent, length 24 percent, memorability 24 percent, keyword relevance 14 percent and extension tier 12 percent. Pronounceability rewards a natural vowel balance and penalises long consonant clusters; memorability counts syllables and penalises hyphens and digits; extension tier ranks .com highest, then .io, .ai and .co. The calculation is deterministic, so the same domain always scores the same.
Seven presets — Popular, Classic, Tech, Startup, Creative, Commerce and All extensions, covering .com, .io, .ai, .co, .net, .org, .app, .dev, .tech, .xyz, .shop, .store, .studio, .design, .media, .in, .cloud and .space. Choose Custom extensions and type your own comma-separated list, including multi-part suffixes such as co.uk, to use anything not in the presets.
Yes. Set Length to Short (3–6) and only names whose part before the dot is 3 to 6 characters are built; Medium (7–10) and Long (11+) work the same way. The filter re-derives the visible list immediately without another lookup.
One request per new keyword goes to api.datamuse.com for related words that widen the compound and coined name pools. Pressing Check availability sends each selected name to cloudflare-dns.com. Nothing else leaves the browser: name building, scoring, filtering and comparison all run on your device, and the shortlist is kept only in your own localStorage.
It scores two domains you type against each other on brandability, length, memorability, pronounceability, keyword relevance and extension strength, marks the stronger side on each row, and names the overall winner by metrics won. Saved names autocomplete in both fields.
Because the filters left fewer combinations than the count. A short keyword with Length set to Long, a single naming style, or one custom extension can all shrink the pool below 96. Widen the length band, re-enable naming styles under Advanced Filters, or pick a broader extension preset.
