Publix describes BOGOs as weekly buy-one-get-one-free offers listed in its weekly ad and on its BOGO deals page. Whether you can buy a single BOGO item at half price depends on the state: Publix says in some states one item rings up at half price, while in others you must buy both to get one free. Multi-item offers such as buy-two-get-two or buy-two-get-three require buying the full listed quantity.

Kroger lists Buy 1, Get 1 Free items on Kroger.com with an expiration date, and you add them while signed in to your Kroger account. Its weekly digital deals refresh every Wednesday. Kroger also runs other multi-buy events (such as 'Buy 3, Save $2 Each') that are not BOGO offers.

H-E-B's 'Combo Loco' digital coupons are buy-this-get-that-free offers: buy a qualifying product and get a different product free, or buy 2 (or 3) and get the next one free. You clip them to your H-E-B account. Retail-data firm Catalytics ranked H-E-B second among major retailers for BOGO use in 2025.
