Bootstrap is still the quickest way to get a responsive, accessible-by-default layout onto the web, and Start Bootstrap's themes are some of the best maintained free examples of it. Almost everything in this collection is built on Bootstrap 5 with its grid, utilities and components, so the markup will feel familiar to anyone who has used the framework.

Are these Bootstrap templates really free for commercial use?
Yes. Start Bootstrap releases these themes under the MIT licence. You can use them in client and commercial projects; keep the licence notice in the source files.
Which Bootstrap version do they use?
Nineteen of them use Bootstrap 5 and need no jQuery. SB Admin 2 is the exception: it is built on Bootstrap 4.6 and uses jQuery for its sidebar, DataTables and demo scripts.
What is in the TemplateForge download?
