Serratus anterior exercises

The serratus anterior wraps around your ribs under your armpit. It holds your shoulder blades against your ribcage and moves them forwards and up as you reach or push.

Push-up variations where you push the floor away at the top, and reaching or punching moves, train it. It often works quietly alongside the chest and shoulders.
