How to use it
Weigh-ins: look at the trend
Body weight moves up and down by a kilo or more from day to day with water, salt and food, so a single weigh-in tells you little. Weigh at the same time of day, under the same conditions, once or twice a week, and judge the line over several weeks. One entry per day is kept; saving a second replaces the first.
Workouts: minutes and streaks
Log each session with its length. The weekly bars compare your minutes with the WHO advice of at least 150 minutes of moderate activity a week, and the streak counts the weeks in a row you trained at least once. Following a ready-made plan? Pick it from the list so your log shows which one.
