By accessing or using the PawCover Insurance platform, requesting pet insurance quotes, or enrolling in our pet protection plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

All preliminary quotes provided through the website are estimates based on the initial pet age, breed, and location details provided.

Final coverage terms, premiums, and eligibility are determined following full medical review and verification of your companion’s veterinary history.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding your pet’s age, pre-existing conditions, and medical history.
• Waiting Periods: Coverage is subject to applicable waiting periods (typically 48 hours for accidents, 14 days for illnesses, and 6 months for cruciate ligament conditions) as detailed in your policy packet.

Claims must be submitted with full itemized veterinary receipts and accompanying doctor notes within 90 days of treatment.

Reimbursements are calculated after deducting your chosen annual deductible and applying your policy copay percentage.

You may cancel your policy at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of coverage and have not filed any paid claims, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of premiums paid.

PawCover Insurance is governed by the laws and insurance regulations of the state in which the policyholder resides.

In no event shall PawCover or its underwriters be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website technical disruptions.
