Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or executing Email Automate (distributed by AltFTool), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the extension.

When your payment is confirmed, you receive a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Email Automate Chrome extension:

• Lifetime: the license has no expiry date and no renewal fee. Keeping it active never requires another payment.
• Up to 2 devices: the license can be active on up to 2 devices at a time, and each Chrome profile counts as one device. You can free a device from inside the extension ("Deactivate this device") and then activate another.
• Online activation: the extension activates, and periodically re-checks, your license with our license server using your purchase email and license key.
• Your license key is personal to you. Do not share or publish it.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publicly host the extension ZIP package.
• You may not reverse-engineer or strip proprietary licensing headers from the source code.

The license may be revoked if its payment is refunded in full or reversed through a chargeback, or if these Terms are breached.

• Email Automate is sold for a one-time payment of $99 (USD). The exact amount and currency are shown in the checkout before you pay. There is no subscription and no recurring or renewal charge.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and other payment details are entered in Razorpay's checkout and are not received or stored by us.
• Once your payment is confirmed, the extension ZIP can be downloaded from the confirmation screen, and your license key and a download link are emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• You can request a new download link at any time with Download again on the product page, using your purchase email and license key. It always provides the current version of the extension.

You agree to use Email Automate in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as the terms of service of any third-party email service providers (such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.). You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have legitimate access rights to any mailbox you automate.
• Configuring reasonable read delays, batch sizes, and proxy rotation schedules.
• Maintaining the security of your local computer and browser profile.

All code, brand trademarks, logos, diagrams, and visual designs associated with Email Automate and AltFTool are the exclusive intellectual property of AltFTool.

Email Automate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with future third-party webmail DOM revisions without periodic updates.

In no event shall AltFTool or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the extension.
