Community details, monthly rental rates, floor plan layouts, care tiers, and room availabilities displayed on our platform are provided by participating third-party communities and are subject to change without prior notice. Final rates, admission criteria, and deposits must be confirmed directly with each individual facility prior to signing a residency agreement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, brand marks, software scripts, custom illustrations, design systems, and written editorial content on GoldenYears Living are the proprietary intellectual property of GoldenYears Living and ALTFTool. You may not reproduce, scrape, mirror, or redistribute platform assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldenYears Living and its affiliates, officers, employees, and advisors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from resident placements, community disputes, facility conditions, or interactions with licensed third-party providers.
