Core Policy Commitments
Direct Fleet Agreement
All rental contracts, security deposits, mileage restrictions, and vehicle handovers are executed directly between you and the matched independent fleet owner.
Zero Referral Surcharges
Apex provides complimentary matchmaking without marking up daily rental rates or inserting hidden platform booking fees.
Age & Licensure Mandates
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age (or 21 with special under-age insurance rider) with a valid, clean government driver's license.
Fleet Owner Autonomy
Matched fleet operators reserve the right to conduct independent background and driving record verifications prior to vehicle dispatch.
1.0 1. Nature of the Referral Service
Apex Exotic Rentals ('Apex', 'we', 'our') provides a proprietary matching platform connecting individual drivers, corporate clients, and production studios with independent, commercially licensed exotic car fleet operators nationwide.
Apex is not a rental car agency, licensed insurer, or automotive dealership. Our role is strictly limited to receiving client requirements and introducing suitable vehicle availability from our vetted partner network.
2.0 2. Booking, Handover & Rental Agreements
When you submit a match request through Apex, our concierge team routes your specifications to vetted fleet owners in your metropolitan area. Once availability is confirmed, the fleet operator will present a written rental agreement detailing daily rates, mileage limits, fuel policies, and pickup/delivery terms.
You must review and sign the fleet operator's agreement directly. Apex is not a party to any contract executed between the client and the vehicle provider.
3.0 3. Driver Verification & Eligibility
To secure an exotic supercar through our referral network, prospective renters must provide: (a) A valid United States or international driver's license in good standing; (b) Proof of active comprehensive and collision auto insurance with limits meeting the fleet's minimum required coverage; and (c) A major credit card for the vehicle security deposit.
Fleet owners maintain absolute discretion in approving or denying rental requests based on their independent underwriting standards.
4.0 4. Cancellations, Deposits & Payments
All payment processing, rental fees, and security deposit holds are handled directly by the fulfilling fleet operator. Cancellation timelines, deposit refund schedules, and weather rescheduling policies are governed exclusively by your agreement with the fleet.
Apex does not hold or disburse security deposits and cannot issue refunds on behalf of third-party operators.
