We collect personal information necessary to facilitate private fleet introductions, including your full name, email address, telephone number, desired vehicle marque, rental dates, delivery destination, and proof of driver qualification.
Technical usage data such as IP address, browser type, and anonymous referral sources may be logged to prevent fraudulent bookings and optimize platform performance.
2.0 2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is utilized solely to: (a) Match you with available exotic vehicle fleets meeting your criteria; (b) Communicate reservation updates via SMS or email; (c) Verify compliance with partner fleet insurance minimums; and (d) Fulfill regulatory reporting requirements.
3.0 3. Disclosures to Matched Fleet Operators
To complete your reservation, relevant client details (name, contact info, requested dates, insurance status) are shared with the specific fleet operator fulfilling your rental. Fleet operators are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We do not share your private itinerary or payment information with any party outside the direct fulfillment chain.
4.0 4. Vehicle Telematics & GPS Tracking
All exotic vehicles provided through our partner network are equipped with proprietary manufacturer or fleet telematics, including real-time GPS tracking and mechanical diagnostics.
Telematics data is monitored exclusively by the vehicle owner to ensure recovery, prevent unauthorized track racing, and uphold geo-fenced jurisdiction boundaries.
