The governance guidelines, disclaimers, and terms of service governing your access to and use of GraceHaven Senior Care Franchise.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the GraceHaven Senior Care Franchise portal (including the website, territory discovery tools, FDD checklists, capital calculators, and inquiry forms), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, please discontinue use immediately.

2. FTC Franchise Rule Compliance Notice

Mandatory Federal Notice: GraceHaven complies with the Federal Trade Commission Franchise Rule (16 CFR Part 436). Every prospective franchisee must receive the franchisor’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) at least 14 calendar days prior to signing any binding agreement or paying any consideration.

GraceHaven does not sell, award, or negotiate franchise agreements. All franchise agreements, territorial rights, initial fees, and ongoing obligations are established solely between you and the respective franchisor.

3. Independent Information Service Status

GraceHaven is an independent informational and referral platform operated in partnership with ALTFTool. We are not a franchise broker, franchise sales organization (FSO), or business brokerage firm. We do not act as your fiduciary agent or represent franchisors in commercial negotiations.

4. No Earnings or Financial Representations

GraceHaven makes no financial performance representations, revenue forecasts, or profit projections of any kind regarding any senior care franchise opportunity.

Under the FTC Franchise Rule, only the franchisor itself may provide historical earnings or financial representations, and strictly through written Item 19 disclosures within its registered FDD. Candidates must evaluate all investment choices with independent certified public accountants and franchise attorneys.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary trademarks, interactive software modules, custom infographics, design tokens, and editorial copy published on GraceHaven are protected intellectual property of ALTFTool. Unauthorized scraping, commercial redistribution, or automated extraction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraceHaven and its affiliates, directors, employees, and technological partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from franchise acquisitions, operational performance, commercial disputes, or interactions with independent franchisors.
