1. What information is involved
Browsing the page may generate basic technical and security records, such as browser, device, IP address, and request information. If you submit an email or event inquiry through an available feature, the information you provide may include your email address and event requirements.
The email-updates signup is separate from an event referral. Signing up for updates does not by itself request a vendor connection.
2. How an event referral works
LiveWire Events is an information and referral service, not an event producer. If you choose an available referral option, information needed to handle that request may be passed to an independent production vendor or professional so they can respond. The provider is responsible for its own services and privacy practices. We do not share event inquiry details with a vendor just because you browse this page.
3. What we do not ask for here
Do not send payment card details, account passwords, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through a general event inquiry or email-updates form. If a provider needs additional information, discuss it directly with that provider using an appropriate secure channel.
4. Service partners and access
Hosting, email, form, security, analytics, or advertising providers may process limited information to support the site when those services are enabled. Access should be limited to what is needed for an operational purpose. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.
5. Retention, security, and your choices
Information is kept for the time reasonably needed for the request, site operations, or legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security. You may unsubscribe from optional email updates using the instructions in the email and request access, correction, or deletion through the AltFTool contact page, subject to verification and legal obligations.
6. Related policies and contact
This page is a plain-language overview and should be read with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms & Conditions. For a privacy request or question, contact AltFTool through its contact page and identify the LiveWire Events service.
