All members must maintain high standards of respect, honesty, and safety in all communications and in-person meetings.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME: You acknowledge that genuine human chemistry, attraction, and relationship success depend on personal factors beyond anyone's control. ExecutiveMatch makes no guarantee regarding the frequency of matches, marriage outcomes, or the duration of any relationship formed.
Members agree to provide accurate, truthful information regarding their age, identity, relationship status, and professional background.
Members agree to treat advisors and match candidates with courtesy, dignity, and respect. Harassment, stalking, abusive language, or non-consensual behavior will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Requesting a membership briefing and an initial consultation is free. If you enter an active search agreement, all applicable fees, duration terms, and pause policies will be specified in writing prior to any billing.
Members in good standing may request search pauses for professional travel, busy quarters, or personal reasons in accordance with their written membership agreement.
While ExecutiveMatch conducts identity verification on participating members, we cannot guarantee the behavior, character, or intentions of any individual during independent dates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExecutiveMatch and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from member interactions or meetings.
