When you interact with ExecutiveMatch, we collect information in two ways: information you submit voluntarily to explore membership, and diagnostic technical data collected automatically through your device.

Voluntary Inquiries: When you submit an email, request a membership briefing, or apply for an introductory consultation, you provide your email address. If you proceed with membership intake, you may share relationship goals, professional background, geographic preferences, and scheduling logistics.

Automated Technical Data: We collect standard diagnostic data including IP address, browser type, operating system, session duration, and device dimensions to deliver responsive layouts, verify fraud prevention, and maintain network security.

We use collected information strictly for legitimate matchmaking, evaluation, and authorized introduction purposes:

• Delivering requested membership briefings, introduction overviews, and consultation options.

• Facilitating private introduction dossiers to vetted candidates only after mutual, bilateral consent.

• Coordinating date scheduling and venue logistics around your executive calendar.

• Protecting our platform against fraudulent submissions, impersonation, and security vulnerabilities.

• Fulfilling legal, regulatory, and audit requirements under applicable state and federal guidelines.

ExecutiveMatch operates with strict non-disclosure principles. We do not maintain a public swipe deck or open member database. Information is shared strictly under these parameters:

• Mutual Match Candidates: Your first name, vetted profile summary, and photographs are shown to a potential match only after both parties have reviewed mutual dossiers and agreed to be introduced.

• Infrastructure Providers: Trusted third-party vendors providing secure cloud hosting, encrypted database storage, and email delivery services under signed confidentiality agreements.

• Legal & Law Enforcement: When strictly required by law, subpoena, or court order to prevent financial fraud or protect personal safety.

We employ robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information. These include end-to-end TLS 1.3 data encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, strict least-privilege internal access controls, and automated threat monitoring.

Inquiry records are retained only as long as necessary to deliver concierge introduction services, satisfy recordkeeping standards, or until you request deletion.

Under applicable state privacy laws (including California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, and Colorado CPA), you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or request complete deletion of your information at any time.
