We have engineered this application with a privacy-first architecture: your game responses, prompt choices, and intimate conversations are never recorded, transmitted, or stored on our servers.

When playing Couple Truth or Dare, you may choose to submit your email address through our optional features, such as:

• Game Prompt Modal: Unlocking extra date-night questions, spicy dares, and level progressions.
• Idle Prompt Toast: Signing up for curated weekly date-night suggestions and romantic cards.
• Date Night Newsletter: Subscribing to receive new game mode releases and seasonal relationship prompt decks.

All question answers, custom player turns, level progress, and gameplay choices are processed client-side in your browser. We do not record, transmit, or monitor your private conversations, truths answered, or dares performed. Your personal intimate moments stay entirely between you and your partner.

We use lightweight local storage mechanisms strictly for:

• Saving your cookie consent preferences (vl_cookie_consent).
• Remembering toast dismissals during your active session (sessionStorage).
• Basic anonymous site telemetry to ensure fast loading times and server uptime.

Any email address you submit is securely transmitted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / SSL encryption and stored in secure, access-controlled databases. We retain your email only as long as you wish to receive our date-night content. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, your email is permanently purged.
