Common questions
What is a Top9 list?
A short ranked list of picks on one topic, such as films, gadgets, places or apps, with a line or two on why each one made the cut. It is meant to be read in a couple of minutes and to cover the obvious choices plus a few you might not know.
How are Top9 lists ranked?
Each list is an editorial pick, not a measured chart. The order reflects the writer's judgement of quality and usefulness for most readers, so use it as a shortlist and check the details that matter to you.
Are Top9 lists free to read?
Yes. Every list page is free. The trending and latest views show a couple of lists up front and ask for an email to unlock the rest of the grid; you can also reach every list through its category page.
