While our editorial team conducts rigorous audits of technical specifications, market ratings, and popularity metrics, rankings are provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes. Market prices, availability, and specs of ranked items are subject to change by respective manufacturers or service providers without prior notice.

When interacting with TOP20, you agree not to:

• Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or data extraction scripts to harvest ranking datasets without express written authorization.
• Attempt to manipulate item vote counts, ratings, or rank ordering through automated requests.
• Bypass security controls or attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure.

The Side-by-Side Compare Matrix and saved collections rely on browser LocalStorage. TOP20 is not responsible for data loss resulting from browser cache clears, private browsing sessions, or device resets.

In no event shall TOP20 or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from purchasing decisions, third-party transactions, or reliance on information presented within our ranking leaderboards.
