Neon Rain Pursuit

Original prompt

A sleek, low-slung futuristic sports car with a glowing red taillight strip sits in the center of a rain-soaked neon city street at night, its dark bodywork reflecting pools of colored light on the wet asphalt. In the misty background a lone silhouetted figure walks between towering buildings covered in glowing signage and tangled overhead wires. The palette is dominated by teal and cyan haze cut through with hot pink, red, and amber neon glow, rendered in a painterly digital illustration style with heavy atmospheric fog, dramatic cinematic lighting, and a moody, blade-runner-esque cyberpunk atmosphere.
